How the score is calculated
Each of the 18 tracked systems contributes to your score based on its current service interval status:
✓Good (green) — serviced within the recommended interval. Full score contribution.
✓Due soon (amber) — approaching the service interval. Reduced score contribution. Alert sent.
✓Overdue (red) — past the recommended service interval. Significant score reduction. Urgent alert sent.
✓Not tracked — system not in your plan. Excluded from score calculation.
The score is calculated from what an employed RCE technician actually found during your onboarding visit and subsequent service visits — not from what you reported when you signed up.
