On your first visit — free with Silver and Gold plans — an employed RCE technician inspects your property in person. Every system is logged, photographed, and recorded. Your Home Health Score (0–100) is calculated from what they actually see, not what you remember.
Step 2: You're alerted before anything is overdue
HomeGuard Pro tracks the service interval for each system against the manufacturer's requirements and SANS standards. You receive an alert before each system is due — not after it fails. No more guessing when the geyser was last checked.
Step 3: One tap to book an employed RCE technician
Every technician who enters your home is an employed RCE Electrical & Plumbing Services staff member — not a freelancer found on an app. Home Affairs verified. SAPS checked. Trade qualified. Publicly liability insured.
Step 4: Pay only when you're satisfied
Payment is held in escrow and only released when you confirm the work meets your expectations. A timestamped digital service report and Certificate of Compliance is issued on every applicable visit and stored permanently in your account.
